Ashly Villamar

Co-Owner & CEO

After starting her first job as a file clerk at the age of 15 years old, Ashly knew early on her passion for organization. She worked in the legal field for over 10 years, harnessing her skills in professional terminology, computers and office management.

Together with her husband, they opened Villamar Landscaping in October 2014, a licensed and family owned business serving San Diego County’s residences and commercial properties. Furthering her experience in business management, Ashly has served multiple prominent businesses like Freshly Prepped/Harvest Collective, San Diego Moms Co, Connect & Connection and The Well, Community for Women.

Rebecca Barrios

Co-Owner & CFO

Graduating from University of California – San Diego (UCSD) in 2016, Rebecca has a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications with a minor in Ethnic Studies. She has had the unique opportunity to be the first graduating class of two school in San Diego, CA: Kipp Adelante Preparatory Academy and High Tech High – Chula Vista. Serving as president of her sorority, Sigma Pi Alpha for 2 years, Rebecca has used her experience to refine her strengths.

Rebecca has extensive experience in notable leaders in the technological industry, SkyRiver IT Communications and SlashDotMedia. Utilizing her qualities, she has been able to hone in her expertise in digital advertising and SEO.

Valery Gonzalez

Website Design

As a student at Southwestern College, Valery Gonzalez is on her way to earn her Associate in Arts as a Graphic Designer. She is planning on transferring to San Diego State University to earn a bachelor’s degree in 2023.

Valery also owns an online business, Val’s Signs and Wonders, established in 2020, which customizes T-shirts, mugs, stickers, logos, invitations, flyers, etc.
